Events

The Events module is very specific. It allows a community to promote an event to citizens and tourists via the city’s mobile application. It can be festivals, markets, exhibitions or sports events for example. These events can be punctual or recurrent, in all cases this module will help to manage the influx of visitors expected and the general organization of the event.

This module is obviously 100% customizable according to your needs and according to the event you want to highlight on the application.

First of all, it is possible to completely customize the appearance of the module according to the graphic charter of the event. Thus, you can give it the colors and the name you want so that users can easily identify it.

The most interesting thing about this module is all the features it can provide. It allows you to broadcast different types of information to visitors.

First of all, there is the practical information about the event:

A map of the city lists all the points of interest of the event (places of entertainment, information points, etc.). It is possible to filter the places by category to facilitate the search.

A “Practical Information” sheet explains how to get to the event by car or by transport. It is also possible to find out about accommodation available on site, restaurants, etc. This allows visitors to anticipate their arrival and their stay on site in case the event lasts several days.

A program of animations, with their schedules or their location can also be set up. This offers visitors a better visibility on the event and what is taking place there and allows them once again to better prepare their visit to the event.

Cards on the speakers or the places of interest are available so that the visitors have a maximum of information on what they come to see. On these cards, it is possible to add a description, photos or contacts for example.

A route to discover all the speakers and places of interest throughout the city is also available. This route allows visitors not to miss any of the places of interest or highlights of the event. It also allows a better management of the flow of people present on site to ensure better safety for all.

Other features are also available and encourage users to become even more immersed in the event and to become actors.

For example, a feature allows them to vote for their favorite speakers.
