Clinique Mutualiste La Sagesse, part of the Hospi Grand Ouest group, is a renowned medical establishment located in the Rennes area. Certified by the French National Authority for Health Care (HAS), the clinic currently offers 14 surgical specialties and is the second-largest maternity hospital in Brittany.

Web-based guidance with 3D mapping
Sweepin has provided Clinique La Sagesse with the ability to facilitate the movement of patients and visitors within the facility, but also to help them come to the site from home.
Web-based guidance is based on 3D mapping of the facility’s buildings. On site, patients and visitors can use their smartphones to scan the QR codes present throughout the facility, enter the service they are looking for and be guided to it using the suggested itinerary.
The map is also accessible from the clinic’s website, enabling patients and visitors to plan their arrival on site.
Confirmation SMS messages
In addition to the implementation of the web guidance solution, the Clinique La Sagesse wanted to benefit from the sending of SMS appointment confirmations to patients. These SMS messages contain a link to the facility’s web map, enabling users to anticipate their arrival at the clinic.
