We have developed a mobile application that allows citizens to create alerts to identify any problem in the city regarding roads, green spaces, etc. By creating a report, it is possible to describe the problem, give the exact location, but also to choose to be called back or not to follow the progress of the problem.
The Seclin town hall has its own point of interest in the application: users have access to essential information such as opening hours, address or phone number. Information about the city of Seclin is available and a button “Je m’y rends” allows to guide you to the city hall thanks to the GPS of your smartphone.
The news of the city are available on the application and can be consulted by the users who are thus informed of the life within their commune.
What’s new with this mobile application? The municipal agents have access to it and have the possibility to manage the reports directly from it.
The “I have access to alerts” module lists all alerts in the form of a map and a list.
By selecting an alert, they can view its details, choose to go to it, and mark it as resolved once the issue is resolved. This module saves agents a lot of time as they do not need to go to the back office to view and resolve alerts.
