Ensemble Hospitalier de la Côte – Hôpital de Morges

The request from the Ensemble Hospitalier de la Côte

The Ensemble Hospitalier de la Côte brings together several establishments with complementary missions in acute care, rehabilitation, EMS accommodation and primary care medicine.

The EHC wanted to equip its Morges-based hospital with Sweepin’s web-based guidance solution to make it easier for everyone to find their way around the facility.

Web-based guidance with 3D mapping

Sweepin has provided the Hôpital de Morges with the ability to make it easier for patients and visitors to get around the facility, but also to help them visit from home.

Web-based guidance works with 3D mapping of the facility’s buildings. On site, patients and visitors can use their smartphones to scan the QR codes present throughout the facility, enter the service they are looking for and be guided to it using the suggested itinerary.

The map is also accessible from the hospital website, enabling patients and visitors to plan their arrival on site.

The advantages of this solution

This guidance system makes it easy for patients and their relatives to find their way around the hospital to their appointment point. It saves patients and visitors a considerable amount of time, optimizing the time they spend in the hospital. The solution also optimizes queues, particularly at reception.
